# Creating new pages and sections

> Extend a generated site after the first build.

After the first build, Miles can create more pages and sections that match the site. This is usually better than trying to get every possible page perfect in the first prompt.

## New pages

Use new pages for missing routes such as About, Services, Pricing, Contact, Locations, Case Studies, or campaign landing pages.

Give Miles:

* the page goal
* audience and intent
* required facts
* sections you expect
* whether this is a new page or a replacement for an existing page
* the URL or page title if it matters
* whether the page should stay as a draft

For pages that visitors should not see yet, ask Miles to keep the page as a draft until you review it.

## New sections

Use section work when most of a page is right but one area is missing or weak.

Good requests:

Keep the answers concise and easy to reuse.

## Review fit

Check whether the new work matches the site's tone, spacing, typography, calls to action, and content hierarchy. If the section needs to collect data, send email, take payment, or connect to a plugin, treat that as a functionality task, not just a design task.
