# Uploads and moderation

> Know how Miles handles files, images, and generated media.

Miles can use uploaded files as context and may upload media into WordPress when needed. Good source material usually leads to better design and copy.

## Useful uploads

* logos
* brand images
* screenshots
* documents and briefs
* existing copy
* product or service photos

## Limits

Uploads can fail because of file type, file size, moderation, network, or WordPress permissions. If an upload fails, try a smaller file or describe the content in text.

## Review media

Review generated and uploaded media before publishing. Check quality, relevance, rights, brand fit, and alt text.
