Plans control your monthly credits and access level. If you are doing heavier design or build work, you may need a larger plan or top-up credits.

Free plan

Every account starts on the Free plan with 1,500 credits in your first month, then 500 free credits every month after that. The allowance resets on your monthly reset date, shown in your account menu, and unused free credits do not carry over. Upgrade to a paid plan when you need more credits or want to buy top-ups.

Common plan actions

  • upgrade to a larger plan
  • schedule a downgrade
  • cancel a subscription
  • reactivate a subscription
  • buy top-up credits
Upgrades start immediately and charge a prorated amount for the rest of the billing period. Downgrades start on the next billing date. A cancelled subscription stays active until the end of the current period and can be reactivated before then. Top-up credits are available to paid-plan subscribers and do not expire.

Before changing plans

If you are mid-build, make sure you have enough credits to finish the work. If a subscription change affects credits, wait for the dashboard to show the updated balance before retrying failed operations. If you are unsure which plan fits, start with the amount of site work you expect to do this month rather than trying to predict every future use case.
