What an approval covers

An approval card can contain one action or several related actions. It covers the changes shown on that card, not unrelated future work. Read every listed target and the authorization boundary before approving. Some cards allow the listed kinds of change for up to 10 minutes. Theme-conversion cards can allow the listed changes while the new design is applied. If the card is not clear, deny it and ask Miles to explain or narrow the change. A denial stops that protected action; Miles does not find another route around the decision.

Deny when

  • you do not recognize the change
  • the wrong page or setting is listed
  • the change is broader than expected
  • you need a backup first
  • you want a draft instead of a published update
  • you need to create or restore a safe environment first

Deletes

Ordinary delete requests should usually move content to trash. Permanent deletion is higher risk and should be requested and approved explicitly.
