After Miles builds a design, it turns that design into something you can work on in WordPress. This is the handoff from “great-looking concept” to “editable site foundation.” In a design sandbox, this happens inside its WordPress Playground site. On a connected WordPress site, Miles works through the WordPress plugin.

What this step does

For the first conversion, Miles creates or updates:
  • a WordPress theme foundation
  • the editable homepage
  • reusable patterns or sections
  • theme styles, fonts, and colors
  • media and image references
  • editor state for follow-up work
The initial editable build focuses on the homepage and site foundation. It does not create every page in the website brief. The Site Plan tracks the remaining pages and functionality.

What to review

Check that:
  • the editor loads
  • pages are editable
  • sections are not just flat screenshots
  • important content is represented
  • styles look close to the selected design
  • mobile layout is acceptable

What it does not finish automatically

Making a design editable does not guarantee every form, booking flow, product, payment, integration, account flow, or custom content system is fully configured. Use the Site Plan to track what still needs to be made real and tested.
